Safety & Compliance

Every task, project, and operation is performed with a commitment to protecting people, assets, communities, and the environment while meeting the highest standards of compliance and operational integrity.

Understanding Industrial Risk

At Ynanch Hyzmat, our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) commitment is to achieve zero harm across all operations. We focus on eliminating fatalities and serious injuries, proactively managing risks, and building a highly competent workforce that prioritizes safety every day.

All routine activities covered by valid, regularly reviewed Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Comprehensive risk assessments completed before starting new projects, installing new equipment, or implementing significant changes. Full compliance with Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk tasks (hot work, confined spaces, energy isolation).

Develop a resilient workforce with high HSE technical competency and strong situational awareness at all levels. 100% completion of HSE Induction for all new employees, contractors, and visitors before unescorted site access. Full adherence to the role-specific Mandatory Safety Training matrix (e.g., forklift operation, chemical handling). Weekly Toolbox Talks focused on current and upcoming task-specific risks.

Implementation of a Safety Training Matrix with automated tracking and 30-day expiry notifications to line managers.

Overview

Industrial operations involve complex equipment, hazardous environments, and critical infrastructure.

Whether working on pipelines, processing facilities, power systems, automation projects, or construction activities, maintaining safe operations requires discipline, planning, and continuous vigilance.

At Ynanch Hyzmat, safety and compliance are integrated into every stage of project execution - from planning and risk assessment to implementation and post-project evaluation.

At Ynanch Hyzmat

Effective safety management is not solely about meeting regulatory requirements.

Safe operations improve reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, protect investments, strengthen workforce confidence, and contribute to long-term operational success.

Organizations with strong safety cultures often demonstrate stronger operational performance because the same discipline that prevents incidents also improves execution quality.
